Bobby is a fantastic trainer, I never would have thought I would actually enjoy PT or training. The sessions are never boring and challenging enough that I’m seeing improvements with each session. I’m heavier now than I’ve ever been at 17 stone and when I was lighter at 14 and 15 stone it was torture to do one to two sessions per week even though I knew I had to do it for my health and get fit. I’m at the point now where if I could get more sessions in the week I would.
My fitness has really improved in just over a month and can see myself getting to the point where I can start running,
I’ve always enjoyed resistance training as my progress is visible in each session with Bench press, deadlift etc. I’ve never been a fan of CV but know its necessary to build fitness and endurance and I’ve seen how the sessions are structured.
I have been able to achieve that in a short space of time. My mobility is much better, as well as recovery time!
I understand the process and the training is working for me, given the number of sessions a week I don’t feel so exhausted that I can’t face the next one! However, I’m looking forward to being pushed more and more as my fitness improves and losing more weight.
I would definitely stay longer with 3P as for the first time ever, I look forward to the sessions and even if I’m feeling like giving it a miss, when I get into it, I always have a sense of achievement and more energy. I am committed to staying with 3P to reach my fitness and weight loss goals and to have the confidence and skills to train myself!
