So what exactly is the process of starting training at 3P Wolverhampton?
Well. First we carry out an informal chat. either online via email, social media messaging or by telephone. We then book you or your group in for a free consultation*.
At the consultation we carry out the following in order to provide our best possible recommendation based off of your goals –
– An introduction to the facility
– Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q).
– Goal Setting
– Health check questionnaire
– A discussion about what YOU want to achieve and your background.
– Bodyweight and body measurements are taken.
– Nutritional discussion.
– 8 Point physical fitness assessment.
Following this we then sit down and discuss our recommendations based off of your goals.

What’s more, as a 3P Client you are welcomed into the family with continued support with –
– Bi-Weekly check-ins (for weight loss or gain, but can be used as a good guide with how your training is going with regards to recovery)

– Individual price plans and block booking system to ensure you ALWAYS get the correct service and time slot to suit your needs (subject to advance booking notice)
OK, SOUNDS GOOD. BUT I DON’T WANT TO BE A PT CLIENT FOREVER!
We educate every client so that once their block booking is complete they have the tools and knowledge to train on their own or to transition into regular training classes post event. This is done to ensure that you don’t complete your plan and then end up rebounding back to your pre-trained state, ensuring you can continue to keep on track.
