I haven’t been training with Bobby long, but within the short time I’ve been training with him I’ve been surprised to learn so much. In just the initial consultation alone I felt inspired enough to change the way I think about food, and I already started losing weight before I officially started PT with him!!! ‘I Was recommended this gym by a close friend and former Royal Marine, I wanted to get back into training after being out with a long term bowel condition which is irreversible and found regular gyms was just a norm and was apprehensive about my form being out for so long and was frightened of embarrassing myself. I made contact with the gym which resulted in a consultation and I knew straight away that this trainer had a care for the student, the questions wasn’t you need this, you need that, this is the cost and blah blah blah it was the complete opposite, he asked everything about my Condition, the medication I was on and he researched it resulting in a tailored made program that was physical & nutritionally balanced for me to follow. I’m 6 sessions in and can feel my body adjusting already & that’s all down to Bobby my trainer, I’m feeling more mentally stronger and confident, it’s not like going to the gym it’s more like socialising, don’t get me wrong it’s hard but hard for the rite reasons, your being pushed both physically and mentally but not in a way where you want to give up he pushes for your success in the gym and outside of it for your own well-being I cannot speak highly enough of 3P and anyone who’s wishing to get into training or experienced and wants pushing more then this is the place to join after 1 session you be wanting more and more. Joy is 50 years young and decided to make a drastic change and boy has she made amazing progress!
Her accomplishments so far have been amazing! 50kg/110lbs of weight loss!
In the past two months she’s also achieved the following –
– 7kg/15.4lbs further weight loss!
– 48.5cm/ 22inches lost across her body
– She also has just deadlifted 70kg for 6 reps having never done it before prior to these two months.
– Made huge achievements in her overall strength, endurance and overall ability.
